Perfect, my kids loved this as well as adults. Every simple, easy to make and oh so yummy! I have had several requests to make it again.

I made a few changes when I made this and plan to change it ever further next time. I really don't like the mess of deep-frying and my family doesn't need the extra fat, so I used some left-over baked chops instead, just reheating them before adding. My biggest complaint was in the consistency of the potato mixture. It was quite dry and stiff. We prefer a creamier texture. Next time I will try substituting some sour cream for all or part of the cream cheese. I did like the idea of using leftover chops.
