Ingredients
  • Oil, for frying
  • 4 soft-shell crabs
  • 2 cups white cornmeal
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
Directions
  • Preheat frying oil to 350 degrees F.

  • Parboil crabs for 10 minutes. Roll in cornmeal mixed with salt and pepper.

  • Fry until golden brown for about 2 to 4 minutes.
