Hey ya'll I am from Ga. and grew up on fried food, but I am not sure about this one. I am considering testing it out on my family next week. I do get sort of tired of the same Thanksgiving menu at our house. If you are looking for low calorie, low fat do not depend on Paula or me, ha ha. I did a low fat meal many years ago for my hubby and that is the only meal he hated, I feel sure that Paula's family would have felt the same way!

We are going to try these next week. Divide the flour to dip the frozen disk in the "plain" flour then in the batter. This keeps the batter from falling off. Can't wait to taste next week!

This recipe was ok, but the batter fell of the cranberry sauce and it did not seem thick enough. The recipe called for two cups of flour divided but told you only to combine one with all of the ingredients. I did not see the show my boyfriend did and he could not remember what Paula did. Please respond with answer.

    Thanks

My family was coming over for dinner. At first, when they heard what I was making as a side dish, they all said,"that sounds disgusting." However, I put it on the table and everyone tried a bite. In a matter of minutes they all disappeared. Now they all want me to make them for Thanksgiving! It tastes almost like a crunchy pancake with cranberries in the middle!!!!
