super good and creamy. i baked the potatoes wrapped in foil for an hour instead of coating them in oil. the shrimp had great flavor!!

I finally got around to making these last night. I didn't change a thing, made exactly as the recipe and they were DELISH. My significant other raved about them and he doesn't usually like his baked potato messed with. I will definitely make these again! You rock Paula. PS am making Michael's Coffee braised short ribs for dinner tonight.

I love this recipe. Onions are a no-no at my house so I didn't use them. I also put crab meat as well as shrimp! LOVVVEEEDDD IIIITTTT!!!

Absoultley recommend this recipe to everyone! Super easy to make, and the taste is amazing! Great hit at Sunday lunch with the family after church. The potatoes itself made a meal with a tossed salad on the side.

These were the absolute BEST baked potatoes my family or I have ever had! The flavor was amazing! I followed the recipe exactly and it was a hit! My 14 year old stepson was so impressed, he took a picture of it and posted it on his facebook page. Of course, my 19 year old son that is in the Air Force and in a different state saw it and it made him homesick for his momma's cooking! : Thanks for a great recipe that will now be a regular at our home!

I agree, I left out the cajun & used butter to saute & seasoned with S&P & seasoning salt and I left off the green onions cuz I hate onions lol but it was good either way, its very easy to "tweek" this recipe to fit your needs!

Tasty, tasty, tasty. Be careful not to oversalt (cheese is salty, we salted our potatoes skins, and the Tony's Creole is flavorful but a keeper for sure ya'll !
