This was a big hit at our house! I knew I would love it, but I was worried that my meat-loving husband wouldn't like it because it did seem like a lot of noodles & cheese without much sauce. For that reason, I added an extra 1/2 pound of meat. The second night, I mentioned that I might add more tomatoes to reheat the leftovers and hubby said it was delicious as is - I thought so too! The ground poultry & pork combo offered a tasty change from the usual (but also delicious ground beef spaghetti sauce.

This recipe is great! A little time consuming but worth it, and I love the leftovers it provides.

Wow this is fantastic! The ultimate comfort food! It is critically important to use the three gound meats listed. The flavor is just incredible. I wish that I was able to give this recipe fifty stars. Sending all my love back to the lady's for this one!

Very disappointed in this recipe...not enough sauce, too many spaghetti noodles, very dry! Will never make again. I made this to serve for Christmas Eve!!! ugh

I was really disappointed! The sauce was delicious but was ruined by the bitterness of the cheddar cheese when baked. Sorry!

Everyone loved it including picky 5 yo. I subbed Italian sausage for hamburger and added mushrooms and a few fresh herbs I had in fridge.

Very good, and easy. I cut the recipe in half and used mozzarella instead of jack b/c that was what I had in the fridge.

Wow WOW AND WOW!!! I saw the Paula's Best Dishes episode on yesterday and my mouth was watering for Ms. Dora's baked spaghetti!! From the moment you and Dora started talking about the dish I already had it planned for Wednesday night dinner! Served it along also with some spring salad, but didn't get a chance to make those cheesy buttery rolls;...hopefully next time when I'm down in Lithonia I will make the 2plus hour drive down to Savannah so I can taste all the wonderful food and meet the awesome ladies at Lady and Son!! Thanks again for a kick booty spaghetti dish!!!
