    This recipe should come with a warning label. It's so unbearably wonderful, so rich, and so darn easy to make. Gooey butter cake has become the favorite dessert in our family. You can't go wrong with the chocolate version, and the pumpkin version is just as sinfully yummy. Paula Deen is God's gift to food, I swear!

    This cake was so easy to make! It is rich enough to be decadent, but easy enough that I made it with all four of my kids at home. A wonderful ending to any dinner.

    I tried it...it's really easy.
    A little bit too sweet for me, so next time I'll make some adjustments.
    Overall it's a great recipe and it's perfect for tea time or parties.

    This brownie/bar/cake was a huge hit at my superbowl party. Everyone was trying to figure out the "gooey" layer. I will definitely make this recipe again!

    This was an amazing recipe! I used chocolate chips instead of nuts (I am not a fan of nuts in desserts and it was VERY good!
