We love the orange juice and marmalade glaze. It's was very easy and different. I've also used it on chicken breast! Would recommend!

This was not my favorite Paula pork chop. Not saying it was bad, just that it was average. Her "Chocolate Spiced Pork Chop" recipe is still the best in my book!

Paula - thanks for a great recipe. I've needed something different from chicken and hamburger. My wife normally snubs her nose at pork, but she enjoyed this one. Only difference that I did was used olive oil vice vegetable oil, and added a little orange liquer and flour to the to the sauce to make it more of a rue. Excellent results.

These are so amazing. Everyone I have made them for, LOVES THEM!! I love the sweetness of the glaze. Only down side is they do take much longer than 35 minutes, I would say closer to an hour.

I made this tonight, grilled them first and then used bacon grease instead of pan drippings. I also added some chopped onion, garlic, and ginger before adding the glaze. This was so yummy! I got rave reviews from my Monday night cooking group!
