Im 13, and I made this recipe all by myself. That shows you how simple it was to make. My family loved it. We make this recipe atleast once a week. My dad loved it so much he's telling neighbors, employees, and friends about how magnificent this recipe is. The orange marmalade made it all come together. it was juicy, sweet, and gone within 5 minutes. i will definetly bemaking this again and again. thanks again Paula. :

Have been wanting to try these for sometime and finally did tonight. They were great. Very Moist. Very easy. Can't figure out the issue with the sauce not getting think. I had no problem. It was just right. The one comment I would make is that it did take longer for it to get syrpy than I anticipated, but when it did and I put the chops back in, it thickened up nicely. I like the suggestion about serving over rice. I didn't read that until after I'd made them. Will try that next time. Thanks for another great recipe, Paula. You've brouht the joy of cooking back into my life.

These chops were absolutely awesome, mine turned out moist and I went a little light on the OJ. and I also added a little wondra to thicken the sauce.

My daughter (22 loved the mac n cheese cups (as did everyone I had to give her the recipe to take home.

I will make this again, and I can use that sauce for so many different meals.

Thanks again for your great recipes!

My husband and I did not like the chops . The orange flavor left a strange taste in the mouth . I will be more selected in the future . The spinach was good . I did not try the mac & cheese cups .

These were great! We made the chops on the grill because i bought too thick. Since they were thicker, I grilled 3 and fried one on the stove so I could still get the drippings. I added more orange juice and marmalade and it was great! Will definitely make again!!

I must not have had my pan hot enough as the pork chops weren't as crispy or carmelized as they looked on TV. I tried to reduce my sauce for a long time based on what someone else said about it being thin. Unfortunately, my sauce was STILL thin. The flavor was OK. They just didn't look as good as Paula's.

After seeing Jamie & Paula make these, I knew I had to try them. They were very simple to make, and they were delicious! I did have trouble reducing the sauce, so I mixed 2 T. corn starch to 1/4 C. water and added it. The sauce thickened perfectly and the chops were beautifully glazed. Another great recipe from Paula!!!

My husband is a fried pork chop covered with applesauce lover. I tried this after I saw it on the Food Channel. He raved about it. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you, I no longer have to eat pork chops with applesauce.

I thought they were moist and very good even though they were fried.
