This is one awesome bird. All I can say is, Paula is one heck of a cook. The flavor is amazing. It will for sure be added to my list of favorites.

I am never disappointed with her recipes. This chicken was so moist and easy to make. I used Old Bay seasoning to season the chicken instead of house and seasoned salt. It was delicious! I made two chickens. One with beer and rosemary and one with coke and parsley. They were both wonderful!

This recipe has been a staple in our house since the episode 1st aired. I love that the outside is nice and crispy and the inside is SUPER moist.

That is the best chicken I have ever had on the grill. We tried one with beer and one with a coke. We also did the bacon wrapped corn on the cob. Both are excellent and easy recipes!!!

They don't get any easier than this. The chicken is absolutely wonderful. It's a great way to use up some of that rosemary !

I use a gas grill, indirect heat. It works fine. Also have used the oven. No problem.

You can make it even easier with the racks they sell at Bed Bath and Beyond that hold the beer can. Nice !

I make two at a time. One for tonight and one for tomorrow.
