I saw this on a repeat episode over the weekend. My oldest daughter and I made it this afternoon. After tasting the fudge,... she replied, "you're a dummy if you don't make this fudge."Read more

Very easy for someone like me, a novice at making fudge

Rated: 5 stars out of 5
Very easy and I followed the recipe to a T. Since I am a novice, I did a little reading on candy and fudge before I started.... The setting up problems some had could have been avoided if they heated the fudge to 232 degrees. Also the recipe said chill in refrigerator until set for approximately 10 minutes. I left mine for 30 minutes.Read more

    Oh My!

Rated: 5 stars out of 5
Right off the bat I used less butterscotch and more chocolate after reading everyone's reviews on this recipe, and it turned... out absolutely magical. It tastes like the fudge that you get at tourist stops up here in Michigan. Thank you Paula once again for a successful turn around the kitchen. Read more
