Just made this with my daughter for Christmas cookie plates to give as gifts. It was easy. I wondered if the fudge was going to be creamy. And to our delight it is. Now I am back home, 1500 miles, it is Christmas Eve and I'm going to make it again and take it to my in-laws this evening. Really just don't be in a hurry and it will make you proud. Oh we did and I will today use very good chocolate chips. That could make a huge difference in your fudge too. Best of luck
