After reading the reviews I was skeptical to make it, thinking it was not going to set. I did not try to cut it after 15 minutes, instead I waited a couple of hours and it set fine for me. I think it would have tasted better with less of the butterscotch chips, but it wasn?t bad at all... (Not the greatest but good

I loved this recipe so much that I tried it the very next day after seeing this episode and I could never get the fudge to set. I put it in the refrig for 15 minutes then just left in there for an hour. It still didn't set. I then placed it in the freezer for about 2 hours...and it was almost solid. I had also made brownies for a party and put the fudge on top of the brownie tray. By the time I got to the party the fudge had melted all over my brownies. Oh well....I see that other reviewers had issues getting the fudge to set as well...so does anyone have any suggestions?

I have tried this twice. Both times mine was very soft. I could not get it to get firm enough to cut as Paula did on her show. I went exactly by the recipe. I guess I must be a dummy when it comes to fudge!!

I saw this on Paula's Party and wanted to try it out. I have a recipe that takes forever but is really good. This is great in a pinch or if you crave some fudge and don't want to spend the time to make your favorite recipe. I did alter it however... I used 1 1/2 cups of chocolate chips and a half cup of crunchy peanut butter. It took about 1/2 hour to set as opposed to 10 minutes, but it was still nice and smooth and easy. I would recommend it!

So fast and easy. Only took about 5 minutes from pan to refrigerator! Not a big butterscotch lover but you cant even tell its in there. Real creamy! A keeper!
