First cobbler I've made that actually turned out. I'm no baker and dislike "kitchen work" but found this very easy. After reading reviews complaining about cobbler ending up dry, I did add an extra can of peaches WITH the syrup undrained. It was a good choice. I found the application of the top layer of dough to be rather messy and may just try mixing it up in a bowl next time. Love the blueberries and what they add to the dish! I'd be more generous with the cinn/sugar mixture sprinkled on top next time. I did have to add 15 minutes to the baking time go get the dough done. I'll be sticking to this recipe, after adding my changes.

This recipe is excellent. I made one change, I baked mine in a 9x13 glass dish. Turned out great! I might try using 3 cans of peaches next time. It's great with ice cream, too!

Overall, it was yummy. Would make one change-- I like my cobbler filling to have more liquid, so I will be adding more milk next time; it seemed like the biscuit mix absorbed all of it. Very good, though!

Ive been making this recipe since it first came up, a few yrs ago. This is one of my husbands favorite cobblers. So easy to make. I always add a couple of my own ingredients to anything I make, but with this recipe doesnt require any extras. I do double the batch so it could last a little longer. We always have it warm with homemade whipped cream or vanilla bean ice cream.
♥♥♥♥ This is awesome, love Paula Deen ♥♥♥♥
