I was looking for a super-easy cobbler to try as I'd never made one before and came across this recipe. I read a lot of the reviews and was tempted to add an additional can of peaches, but as I always like to follow a recipe exactly first time I make it, stuck with the 2 cans. Well, this was a perfect desert. I wouldn't change a thing. I made it in a deep, square baking dish and did a convection oven at 350. I didn't cover it at first but noticed the crumble turning brown within the first 10 minutes so covered it with foil until the last 10 and it came out perfectly. Served it with vanilla ice cream and everyone had seconds, even after a big dinner. I will definitely make this again!

I saw Paula make this on a show I had on Tivo. Husband walked in and said that looks good.

Today I made it and of course had to have a little taste! It is so good.

Very easy to make, no fuss at all.

The worst part was smelling it cooking and having to wait!

Oh Paula has done it again. I watched this episode today, and just had to give this recipe a try. A wonderful, simple dish that the whole family will enjoy (mine sure did. Super easy ingredients that you will likely already have on hand. The blueberries really do add an extra little kick like Paula said they would. I used a casserole dish to make it in and it worked just fine. Although next time I will try a deeper set dish, so more of the fruit gets into each scoop of cobbler. The topping is absolutely wonderful! A must have!!!! Thanks Paula.

I had to copy this off for reunion use. I did want to know what to substitute for the blueberries if they are not in season. This sounds so good my super-picky husband would like it!

    Dear Paula Deen,
I am 14 years old, when i first made this recipe I was in the seventh grade. I was scared because it was my first recipe ever. This recipe turned out excellent altought I did have question about the cobbler it was moist but I thought it was suppose to be more moist than it turn out.So the next time I tried it, I added the juice out the second can of peaches and it was a disaster the batter did not bake right. I now understand why it was like that. This recipe is one that i will soon try again if you get this comment can you please email me at jalengordon89@yahoo.com thank you !

    Sincerely,
    Jalen Gordon

Absolutely delicious AND easy. Used only half the crust though and it was just right. Will definitely do this again.

I made this dessert for Christmas and was very pleased at how well it came out. I am not a typical baker however the casserole dish was empty when it came time for leftovers. Originally I wanted to do the traditional cake and sweet potato pies but opted for something different this time. I read a few reviews however I used the bisquick and all of the peaches then topped it with some ice cream. It was really good and Paula Deen made me look like a true baker.

I made this for our Christmas dinner and it was a hit! I put just a tad more peaches in than called for simply because I would have had them leftover. And I left out the blueberries. I used a casserole dish rather than a dutch oven. I'll do this one again soon.
