I found this to be delicious, I as well will cut back a little on the bisuquit mix that goes on top, but not much. I also made this in a deep casserole dish. The blueberries make the dish. It was almost like what my mother use to make.

Foolishly, I thought the biscuit mix (I used Bisquick was used to thicken the fruit instead of flour or cornstarch. Instead, it created more of a doughy consistency, and the baking powder taste overwhelmed the fruit. Also, the biscuit topping wasn't thoroughly cooked after 45 minutes. I had to continue baking for at least 10-15 minutes longer. By the way, I used three cans of peaches and a pint of blueberries, and I hate to think what the "cobbler" (really more like a slump would have been like with only two cans of peaches. Finally, I saw the recipe on TV, and Paula covered the Dutch oven, but the recipe doesn't say anything about a cover. It would be nice to know what the recommended procedure is, although I have no intention of making this again.

I made this cobbler tonight; it's the first one i've ever made. I switched the blue berries for black berries (frozen just because i dont care for blueberries tooo much. IT was delicious!! only thing i'll do next time is put thinner layers of the bisquick on top or try a deeper dish.
I did this in a casserole dish. Not a dutch oven.
Will definately make this again!!!

This recipe had way too much Bisquick, it was too dense, and didn't have enough peaches. I picked out the peaches and threw the rest away. This recipe won't even get a 2nd chance. In my opinion, find a different cobbler recipe unless you want pancakes with peaches.

This is delicious. Me and my daughter made this and it turn out just great. We loved every bit of it.. The biscuits came out fluffy and sweet and the fruit filling delightful. A great treat.

My family loved this cobbler with the mixture of the peaches, blueberries and cinnamon! Have saved this receipe and will use again and again. I plan to use different fruits with the same basic receipe just to shake it up and make the dish mine!
Thanks Paula for another winner!

I made this exactly like the recipe. When I took it out of the oven it looked like a professional baker had made it. The topping came out perfectly crisp, except for one thing. When we bit into the topping it tasted way too much like a regular bisquit, even with the sugar and cinnamon on top. It looked beautiful though. The filling was great. Next time I might try putting brown sugar in the topping or make my own regular topping instead. Very disappointed.

My first Paula recipe, although I'm a big cobbler fan. Used frozen blueberries and all the peach syrup, as suggested by many here. Had to substitute a 13x9" dish but it came out fine, minus a few mins. baking time. Major drawback is I found bisquick mix far too salty. Fine for a quick (oddly colored cobbler, but next time I'd try fresh fruit & homemade dough... but then I might as well choose a different recipe.
