I have never made cobbler before, but I decided to try it. I didn't want alot of extra, so instead of doubling the fruit, I just cut the topping in half, it was perfect. I will be making this on a regular basis. I also used Splenda instead of sugar and it could not have been better. I would encourage everyone to try this one. Thanks Paula, you did it again.

I love peaches, so I followed this recipe to a tee with one exception. I used 4 cans of peaches. I drained 3 and used one undrained, and it was perfect. The biscuits were good, not hard like some other reviewers stated. My husband has never had cobbler of any kind and he liked this. I would definitely make this again but I don't know when because I try to make new recipes all the time. I will keep it in mind if I want something simple and fast to put together.

I served this at a cookout and amazed everyone! It was so easy but everyone thought I had spent hours making it! The blueberries and peaches were great together. What an awesome dessert!

This was great. I used blackberries instead of blueberries and it came out fine. I would agree with D from Tx (8-31-08 that a couple more cans of peaches would be a great addition.

I'm surprised no one else has said this, but I thought 2 cans of peaches was not enough at all. It still tasted good, but was more like a peach cake rather than a cobbler. I will use this recipe again, but plan to use 3 or even 4 cans of peaches.

I love this deliciious yet simple to prepare desert. I don't have the heavy dutch oven to bake it in and found that a casserole dish will work, it may take a bit longer. Recipes like this always take me home to my mother's kitchen - what could be better.
