I was absolutely stunned with how easy this recipe was. The only thing I changed was I used 1/2 pound of sliced corned beef from the deli. I loved this meal and will for sure make it again!!!

My experiences with canned corned beef (reminded me of dog food! Bleah!!were not good, so I used corned beef from the deli.
This was SO-O-O-O good for such a simple recipe! It makes a great, inexpensive, quick meal!

It was so good my husband loved it . The only thing that I did diffrent was I crisp the Corned Beff in a separate pan and then put it over the cabbage . It didnt come out soggy at all . So if you have that prob then try this .

Downright nasty. Too good to be true. The potted corn beef made it digusting. Next time I will do tried and true with the real thing. Even my eat everything husband wouldn't eat this!

This recipe for easy corned beef and cabbage is one of Paula's best! The only tweaking I do is add more canned corned beef since one can seems to be a little sparse for the appetites in this household.
