This casserole was a hit at a recent baby shower brunch. With so much cheese and cream, how can you go wrong? I used fresh dijon mustard instead of dry, since I didn't have any on hand.

Very good as is. Also made it w/ bacon and mushrooms! Will make again w/ a base of roasted red potatoes. Yummy!

My family loves this recipe!!! It is what I make for Christmas breakfast. I have also made it for PTO things at school and everyone asks me for the recipe!!! So easy. I do the eggs the night before and then do sauce in the morning and back.

This is horrible, It is totally tasteless. We couldn't even finish it, and threw it in the trash.

This is a family favorite. My kids love this dish. I have made it several times and changed it up a bit. I scoop out the yolk from the hard-boiled egg and add a small can of deviled ham and about a tablespoon of light mayo. I scoop the mixture back into the eggs, To the sauce I use Shredded Italian Cheese Mix instead of the gruyere. After I pour the sauce over the eggs, add more of the Shredded Italian Cheese mix and the shredded parmesan cheese. This is so good and easy to make.

i fix this every year for our christmas breakfast. i add crumbled sausage to it, and serve it with home made buttermilk biscuits. my family loves it. the best part is i put it together the night before then just put it in the oven and we can enjoy christmas together. thanks for all the wonderful recipes.

I served this for a baby shower brunch, and it was a huge hit! The best part is that it can be put together the night before a party and cooked just prior to serving. My family asks for this dish all of the time, and it's so easy that I am more than happy to oblige.

I love Paula and I have loved every Paula dish I have ever made but this one is horrible. Save your money and time and pick another dish. Not only does it taste bad but it looks terrible as well.

Woo Paula, This is the first time I ever bought Gruyer cheese. Man, they are proud of that cheese. This sounded so good but a little bland. I read the other reviews before preparing and I just poured it over toast for breakfast. It was just ok...I usually love everything you do..

If you like eggs benedict try lining the bottom of the casserole with canadian bacon, then serve on top of toasted english muffins. I topped mine with some asparagus spears and thought I'd died and gone to heaven! In Paula I trust!
