This dish is so rich & creamy, it just makes you feel good all over when you eat it. It's also great for a satisfying quick meal during the week, or a no-frills weekend dinner. I found that you can serve this dish for any meal, with a variety of vegetable side dishes. I haven't made this dish yet, where it wasn't a hit!

We've made this for brunch a couple times now. It's tasty, simple and an easy do-ahead recipe for those of us who don't function well before coffee. While we enjoy it with the Gruyere, we've found that it is absolutely delicious made with Smoked Bermuda Onion Cheddar. We always double the amount of dry mustard. The touch of cayenne that others have recommended is also a nice addition.

This recipe sounded so good, was quick and easy and I had such high hopes... We don't like the flavor of mustard, so I left it out... It baked up beautifully brown, smelled wonderful while baking... however, when we ate it, the garlic flavor from the 'House Seasoning' was overpowering. Maybe it really needed that dry mustard, after all - I don't know, but I was really disappointed. I won't make this one again.

This was great and easy to make up the night before, then just place into the oven in the morning. I love watching Paula and her show every day, just as long as the babies are napping...

This is outstanding!!! Made it for brunch, everyone loved it. Added paprika, cayene pepper and more 1/2 and 1/2 to thin it. Lined the bottom of the pan with canadian bacon then added chopped eggs, then chopped canadian bacon, then the sauce. Made sauce the day before, reheats great. This was certainly a crowd pleaser.

After reading other reviews, I decided to line the pan with toasted and cut up English muffins, to which I also added cooked hot sausage. The only other change I made was to quarter the eggs. The result was great. Everyone loved it and I plan to make it again soon!
