    Similar to deviled eggs my mother made with an added flavor punch from the Gruyere cheese. Rich--you can't eat a lot!

    The sauce is marvelous, just personal preference didn't like boiled eggs as a casserole. Love boiled eggs, love the sauce, didn't like the combo as a casserole. Have used the sauce on other veggies and meat.

    Thought this was a great recipe, but many people dislike boiled egg. Would reccomend maybe coursely chopping egg then serving over toast, so the flavor is not so strong.

    I loved the cheesy flavor of this wonderful dish. This recipe will be one that will be used over and over.
