My daughter and I had a lovely Tea Party with these sandwiches. Fun and easy. Makes lots and lots of breadcrumbs, too.

Like some better than others. I loved the cream cheese and nuts. Freezing the bread before cutting the crusts off is a great tip!

I definitely found that I loved the cucmber sandwiches!

I've used this recipe several times, sometimes without cutting the crusts off. I even occasionally mix some of the ingredients together. I think these are very versatile sandwiches.

I served these sandwiches at a coffee and chat party with friends. I make sure to serve several different kinds of food in order to have something that will please everyone. I needn't have bothered with anything else--the sandwiches were the hit of the party. I shared the simple recipe and believe that I will see them at the get-together next month.
