This was a bit bland, and didn't have enough fat, so I sauteed them in 1lb of bacon fat after adding the butter. Yummy!!!!

I eat my peas with honey.
I've done it all my life.
It makes the peas taste funny,
But keeps them on my knife!

Substituted non-fat milk for butter... The milk curdled :( my kids ate them after I told them it was peas and warmed cottage cheese : Thanks Paula!

Seriously? One needs a recipe for this? For the love of Pete - I made this myself when I was 8 years old without supervision. Except I never used canned peas - they taste like what I imagine my dog's behind tastes like. Frozen peas all the way...

I clicked on the "Print Recipe" link for this recipe, but my printer only printed out a sheet of paper that read, "Your An Idiot!"...and I can't even reply to it to tell it that it misspelled "you're". Help!

It's getting to the point of being ridiculous with some of these recipes on the food network. First Rachel Rays ridiculous recipes and now this one? I watch the cooking channel. The food network is about the cook; the cooking channel is more about cooking. This isn't even a recipe.

I got super creative and heated the peas in the microwave. Yes!! It is possible!! And you can serve them with Rachel Ray's Late Night Bacon for super delicious eatin'! Well, I didn't actually have ENGLISH peas..I just had plain old American peas..Del Monte to be exact but the recipe works just fine. Oh, and I left out the butter..but still, excellent recipe!!

I tried tweaking the recipe a bit, just to add some pizzazz. I used 2/3 stick of butter ... way too buttery. I should have trusted you Paula!!!
