if you got the munchies from liquor or flowers then make it! sub out the red sauce for chipotle mayo or ranch! a grease bomb for those late nights! lots of frying required tho! for the mozz sticks i did the breading process 3 times for a better crunch/crust. used panko for crust on all 3 fried items. once and a while a sandwich like this hits the spot.

The sandwich is AWESOME! Instead of the lettuce, I used coleslaw and it was great!

For those of you who didn't like it and have a problem with the FAT and the FRIED CHEESE on the sandwich! Then don't eat it, but if you do as I did workout! SHUT THE HELL UP WITH YOUR NEGATIVE COMMENTS!

I almost didn't make this sandwich due to seeing the rating....i'm so glad i clicked to read the reviews...i CANNOT believe so many people put their opinions about something they haven't even TRIED. If it looks like too much fat DON'T MAKE IT. nobody will force it down your throat. Ya'll need to growup seriously, stop taking up space talking bout how high in fat somn you havenn't even tasted is. go eat a salad. Paula never once said she was an advocate for low cal and if you want that go to ellies recipes. Dang.

    This sandwich was AWESOME!

Oh Jeez People! Having this sandwich once in a great while is not going to kill you. I am a health nut, but I have to indulge sometimes.

I know in the South that the trend is to prepare meals that aren't exactly on the light or healthy side. I mean, it's on of the things I love about living in Georgia. You can always find a good FULL fat and flavored dish anywhere you go, but when is enough, enough? When do you draw the line between comfort and killer? I am thinking it's this sandwich. I mean really do we need to have fried cheese on any sandwich?

    *sigh*
