I made this recipe, and it was delicious! It will make a great salad for parties. I will be making this again, again, and again! Thanks Paula.

I thought I would love this, because I love every ingredient in it. But, it fell short of great for me. Just OK. Wouldn't bother making it again.

I hosted a potluck 90th birthday party at my home with 75 family members recently. Someone brought this dish and I thought it was the best salad I ever ate. I begged the person who brought it for the recipe. She also left me the leftovers. It is so different. I never would have imagined cold chicken fettuccine would be good, but this was wonderful.

I cooked this recipe and usally love Paula Deen's dishes, but this was horrible. Maybe, if you like Mayo you will enjoy it, but it was so bad that I did not serve it. It went in the trash, except for the chicken strips. I tried to do something with the chicken strips to spare some of the dish. Also, all this Mayo is extremely fattening. I wish I had noticed how much Mayo was in the recipe before I cooked it.

Could it be that because one of the ingredients changed from when I originally made this dish, is accounting for some negative responses? The recipe I have from 2008 calls for 3 - 9 oz. pkgs. of fettucineand the current one lists only two packages. Theh original recipe really needs two cups of Mayo to make the dish, if not more, depending on the temp of the pasta when you assemble the dish. Not sure why the recipe has changed.

This was quite possibly the worst dish i have ever eaten. I dont know what these other ppl are eating who said this was delicious. Being on food network shouldnt give her an excuse to wasting everyones time with a dish as terrible as this. Dish tasted of salt, salt, and salt masked by the overwhelming taste of mayo. Best part of the dish was the plain tomatoes used as a "garnish". Guess its a good thing I get good tomatoes in NJ. Would advise from making/eating this dish at all costs. Hope everyone reads this before attempting.

I made this for my daughter and son-in-law and I thought they were going to founder themselves on it. It is wonderful - it gets 5 stars from my family!!!

I made this for a dinner party and it was a great hit. Over the last few times i have made it I did season the chicken a bit different , seared it and finished it in the oven and changed the pasta to bow ties. Everyone asks me to make it for get togethers and they attempt it themselves. Great flavor, and easy to make.
