This was superb! I can finally cook my own salmon: I only used 1/2 tbsp butter, one sprig of rosemary, and I used 2 lemon "wedges" not slices on top. If you watched the show you know some ingredients were left out of the recipe, so I added them. I "added" garlic powder & a litte ground sage to both sides. I also "added" a sprig of thyme on top. She used fresh sage but I only had ground. I cooked mine for 13 min. not 15 and I didn't light my rosemary. Thank you Paula!

Made one fillet with lemon slices and one with orange slices. Easy and moist. Delicious! My guests requested the recipe.

This was a great recipe!! Made it for my boyfriend the other day and he requested that I make it again. Making it again tonight. It does take a bit longer in the oven. Took about 20-25 minutes last time. Thanks Paula...I'll definitely keep this one in my recipe book!!!

It was definitely tasty and a lovely way to serve salmon. BUT, when you have this many reviewers who note the cook time is incorrect...shouldn't you change it? I didn't read the reviews in advance. I had 3.5 lbs. of salmon filet, and, at 350, it took more like 40 minutes. Everything else for the dinner was ready after 15 minutes. Annoying!

I'll echo the other comments - the recipe is nothing like the episode. But, I followed the recommendations of the other posters and 25 minutes is a perfect cook-time! Delicious!

There is no way the fish would cook in 15 minutes at this temperature.
It is a very tasty dish and easy to prepare and clean up. Try using different herbs with the lemon slices. Yummy.!

The salmon was certainly delicious.....very moist and juicy. The store was out of fresh rosemary so I used marjoram & dill. I omitted the house seasonings.

As the other reviewers have noted, the cooking time is too short. I only had 1.5 lbs of salmon and had to cook it for about 35 minutes and probably would have been just fine going 40 minutes.

The recipe is definately a keeper

I saw the show and this recipe is definitely not what Paula did. The time in the oven was not nearly enough time, but when it WAS done it was really moist and tender. I loved it. I didn't have the sage, thyme and rosemary handy when I cooked it, so I used dill and orange slices. Worked great, tasted great. Definitely a keeper!

The recipe on the show called for sprigs of rosemary, thyme, and sage. The sage is what really makes it! The salmon becomes infused with the herb flavors. The salmon takes about 25 minutes to cook. Well worth it!!!
