This is a fast, easy bar cookie that is sweet (no really, these are rather sweet cookies and delicious. Prep time doesn't take long. The only real work you have to do is crumble the graham crackers and mix with the butter.
I added more nuts and coconut. I also cooked it a bit less than 30 mins. 30 mins was too long. It costs roughly 10-12 dollars to put this all together.

Great recipe and really easy. I added more coconut and I would suggest blind baking the crust because my crust turned out to be alittle bit softer than I normally like.

I made these cookies the other day and at first thought they were just Ok. That night I put them in fridge, wrapped in tinfoil, and the next day (and the day after that they were fabulous! Like a yummy casserole they were better the next day. I will definitely make them again and might try sneaking a little raspberry preserve into the mix!

I made these last Christmas and everyone loved them. I made one substitution though because I hate nuts. I added mini marshmallows instead. The taste of the marshmallows with the toasted condensed milk on them along with the other ingredients, omg!!!

the recipe is very, very sweet, but it looks really pretty b/c the condensed milk caramelizes. it was so easy to make, and it looked like i had done so much more.

I made a double batch for the holidays and sent one with my teenage daughter to school to drop off in teachers lounge and one to work with my husband for his office. It was the first time ever making it so it was a gamble to send them off into the world like that. I have never gotten so much positive feedback for ANYTHING else I have made. They were so easy to make and I had several women really mad at me because they ate too many of them-lol
