Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 stick salted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup butterscotch chips
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk

Directions

Preheat the oven to 350. Combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl. Press into the bottom of a 9-by-13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle pecans, chips and coconut on top. Pour the sweetened condensed milk over the mixture and bake for 30 minutes. Cool completely and cut into bars.

    These bars were very easy to make, but (and although I LOVE rich food), were over-the-top in sweetness. I would cut back on... the butterscotch chips next time--they give it too much of an artificial sweetness.Read more

    I have made this recipe twice and both times I have had people just gush over them. It is super easy and a great crowd... pleaser. I think in the future I will try using parchment paper underneath when I bake them for easier removal and cutting. Read more
