These "sandwiches" are a huge mess, a scrumptious mess, but mess. I can say, though, that these oatmeal cookies are the BEST cookies I've ever had. I've tried several recipes for them and this recipe is by far my favorite. They're soft, fat, and not overly sweet. Yum!

SO DELICIOUS!!! I tried these on a last minute whim, and I was not disappointed! The flavor is amazing, and the cookies rise perfectly in the oven. I loved it with or without marshmallow and fudge. Its definitely a new favorite of mine. I would recommend baking them a little longer than listed, about 15 minutes if you do two rounded tablespoons.

Love these cookies with or without the marshmellow center. I put raisins and chocolate chips: Its a very easy oatmeal cookie recipe.

Love your show Paula! Tried the recipe without the raisins and still produced a wonderful cookie.

These cookies came out soft, moist, fluffy and very tasty. I added chocolate chips also. I didn't have any marshmallow fluff or hot fudge sauce, so I used nutella instead. Excellent! Thanks Paula, I'm a huge fan of yours and I often try your recipes. This one's a keeper!
