Made them and were delicious, but how do you make the marshmallow creme "fluff"? I found it hard to spread.

Saw this recipe the first day it aired and started drooling and since we had everything on hand - why not! We did substitute chocolate chips for the raisins, we don't like raisins!

They are very easy to make ..monitored the baking as we like softer cookies. Let them cool and first I tasted a piece on its own - not bad - but they really come alive with the addition of the fluff and in our case Nutella since that was all we had in the chocolate department - they were great... Again very rich - but that's the point! The Nutella was nice since it gave the chocolate and nut flavor without actually adding nuts. I did also add some nuts to mine and also liked it-just depends on your mood.

My husband really , really enjoyed them but without the nuts. I would recommend these for a decadent and extra naughty treat! I would not recommend making these unless you have either the fudge/Nutella and or the fluff on hand since they are NOT sweet or tasty enough on their own-they really need the extras at the end to taste awesome. If you want plain cookies look for another recipe. Enjoy...

I watched this show on Saturday and checked my pantry and had everything except the Fluff and the Hot Fudge - went to the store on Sunday and purchased...Just finished cooling these cookies and had my daughter and her boyfriend be my taste testers and boy did they LOVE them. I took a bite and they were so right! However, my daughter really likes Nutella so I topped half of the cookie with that and the other with the Fluff. Didn't use the nuts on theirs as they are not big nut fans and they were still delicious. Will definitely make them again. I asked my daughter's boyfriend if this was a keeper and he said yes, "but you stole the recipe." I said not really, now I own it cause I used the Nutella ;-. Another great recipe Paula, keep 'em comin'.

This was one of the best deserts I have ever eat. The cookies by themselves taste great, but when you add the fudge and fluff the flavors are taken to another level. I loved this recipe and I know I am going to continue to make these year after year.
