These were one of the best biscuits I've ever made!! I don't like sweet potatoes, but, my husband loves them. I figure that this is one way for me to enjoy them as well. I am keeping this recipe! No need for adjustments.

Loved this recipe. I only added 1 tbsp of sugar though. My husband even liked them after turning up his nose when he asked what I was baking. This recipe is a keeper! Thanks Paula for sharing.

FANTASTIC! It's hard to believe but these are even better than Paula's older recipe for Sweet Potato Biscuits! I gave those a 5 so I'd give these a 6 if I could!. They are very tender, fluffy, and lght with a mild seet potato flavor. I had 1 cup of mashed sweet potato so I used it & cut back on the milk and they still came out perfect. I don't have a biscuit cutter so I pat the dough out to about a 7 inch square & cut into 16 sqaures with a floured sharp knife. Then I just pat down the corners o they won't burn. You must try thse bicuits! Thanks Paula!

I'm not sure why theres not more reviews for these, but they are amazing! I replace the milk with canned whole fat coconut milk and they are so delicate and fluffy and amazing, no taste of coconut! Ive also tried almond milk/rice milk/reg coconut milk with good success! love these!!

excellent way to use leftover sweet potatoes. While the biscuits were fluffy and moist, they did not rise as expected. Overall simply delicious!
