    I always need 6 ribs in this roast so I ask the butcher to crack the bone and tie it for me. Once it's done cooking and I cut the ties, the bone falls off and it is so easy to handle at that point. I make this every year and if I didn't my family would be upset becuase they and I just "LOVE IT!!!"

    I'd like to make this, but am unsure of one thing! When you turn the oven back on to 375 to reheat, do you leave it in for the 30-40 minutes Paula suggested?

    WOW! There is no way to mess this up if you just follow directions. It is one of the easiest roast recipes I've found. Absolutely sumptuous, yet uncomplicated flavor. Paula does it again!

    This is truly a "foolproof" Rib Roast that comes out perfect every time.
    Very Easy and makes a very nice presentation. Paula, you are my hero!

    I used this recipe for my boyfriend for our "First Christmas" Dinner.. That Boyfriend is now my Fiancee... You can't go wrong with this easy recipe.. The mushrooms!!!
