I prepared this pie for my family and once again Paula didn't let me down. My family loved this pie. It is so simple to make. Matter of fact, this time I made two and they are in the oven, as I type. Thanks Paula.

I have been looking for this recipe for over 10 years. I made several pies fore the Holidays and they were a hit. I just made it for my neighbor for her Birthday. Two things I did differently I cut the sugar down to a 1/2 cup and added more coconut.

It was very nice, but I will have to increase the mixture to accomodate a deep dish and lessen the sugar because it was too sweet. I really liked it and will make again.

I just love Paula! This was my first attempt at making a pie. I like coconut but not as much as my family, although this pie does change my mind. My whole family including myself love it!

have made it dozens of time, served it to company and is always a hit. no one believes me when I say its so easy to make. when they ask for the secret, I send them to foodtv. it's easy, delicious and makes the house smell sooo good.

This was really good. I didn't have the right dish for it so I put in a regular baking dish, nor did I have a crust I did what another person suggested making it with cookies and butter and it worked perfectly! I cut mine into squares it was so so good. I will make it again.

The pie was fine. Smelled really good while it was baking. I was expecting something a little different in taste, I think...more like a coconut cream pie, which this is not. It was more "custardy".. Love Paula's food!
