After I addeded vanilla, more nutmeg and cinnamon then these waffles became a 5. Oh yeah, I added a pinch of salt too.

I alittle bland, but it was a nice change from the traditional french toast I usually make. My family prefers my traditional french toast.

Yummy yum yum! I made this for my family and we all loved it. When I saw Paula make it she put honey on it instead of maple syrup. My husband tried syrup- but it was too strong for the bananna flavor. Topping it with the honey was just the perfect compliment to the bananas. Look forward to making this again!

This was very bland, even after trying to put a little sugar on it after we took a bite, it still did not help. Way too much banana and not enough flavor. Sorry Paula,

I usually make banana and walnut pancakes, but I wanted to do something special for New Year's Day breakfast. This was delicious and easy to make. I would also bump it up a notch and add cinnamon to the banana mixture. And the dusting of confectioners sugar was just perfect!!!!!
