incredible! This is now one of those recipes I 'have to make' every bbq, and now I've had requests that I make it for Christmas day, too! People that don't like mayo, and/or don't like curry, are always surprised to hear those ingredients, because they love this dip. The bowl is always scraped clean every time. :

This is great quick, appetizer with unique, but well rounded flavors. You could use the dip with most veggies or chips that I can think of but asparagus is definitely an elegant touch.

this is a great & different recipe. it needed to set for a little bit before it really blended in flavors. I added a little lemon juice to cut the mayo heaviness. a real party hit & great with Yakima.

A very well received appetizer - delicious and very attractive, served with the red bell pepper.

This dip was so good paired with the season's fresh asparagus. My husband, who claims to dislike Curry, loved it. I plan to make this for my next party. It requires so little prep time and the asparagus does not have to be kept hot. This is a great accompaniment to any meal when asparagus are in season. I did substitute a little sour cream for some of the mayo, since I can't mentally make a dip solely from Mayonnaise. Just a mental block that I have.

I made this twice for the holidays; once to go with a salmon dish and asparagus, and once with asparagus for a potluck for vegetarians. It was a hit at both parties and complemented the salmon too. I doubled the amount of curry powder (to my taste.
