This is a great Paula recipe. Perfect for any time of the year. It is so easy, but looks like you labored for hours! I brought it to a party about a year ago and got rave reviews, everyone was super-impressed. If you eat it soon after you make it, there is no need for the glaze. If you choose to make the glaze, heed the tips from the reviews. I am making it again in a couple days for New Year's Eve and can't wait to eat it again!

Made it for my fiance's birthday and the whole family loved it! Couldn't be easier to make either!

It was really fun and easy to make! Nobody believed that I made it, they thought it was store bought.

My family absolutely flipped over this tart! I made it for dessert when a family friend joined us for dinner; my sister was at that same dinner and asked me if I could make it for her dinner meeting the following night. When she put it out for her guests, they oohed and ahhed! She said there was absolute silence at the table while everyone enjoyed this dessert. You can't mess it up. It's easy, comes together quicker than you'd think and is a real showstopper! Try this one!

I never bake anything, save out of box cupcakes, but this was easy, delicious and looked professional! I also varied the fruits and used warmed honey as the glaze! I couldnt find a 12 inch tart pan so i used a smaller one, "pam"ed a few cupcake liners and made mini tartlets with the excess. It looked soooo good, Im making this again for thanksgiviing

Great with seasonal fruit. Fresh peaches and blueberries were a hit at a recent summer foodfest. Also great with the classic fruits.

I have tasted one of these hand-made confections at my mom's place and they are divine!
The crust and filling come together so quickly as compared to a traditional fruit tart and they are just as heavenly.
Also, good tip from Shauna from Murray about brushing warm honey on top!

I love this recipe! I use it to make tartlets. I tried the glaze but prefer to use warmed honey brushed on the fruit instead for a nice shine.

this is so good. I will tell you you must use the proper pan. If you use a non stick pan it will stick. however the flavor is so good rather it sticks or not
