I tried this over the weekend while at a dinner party. I had to bring the recipe home so I could make it for my husband. I also tried the lasgana and the biscuits from this episode it was a major hit with all of us. So give it a try. Your guests will be floored.

I watched the show and Paula made it look so easy, and tasty that I'm going to make it for my upcoming yearly dessert contest given by my congregation.
    Thanks,
    Sandra

I made this for a Sunday luncheon, and it was a huge hit! I cheated and used a Pillsbury refrigerated crust, which worked beautifully. Don't be discouraged if your first "layer" of strawberries doesn't look as pretty as you'd imagined -- once you add the other rows, the tart is very forgiving and it ends up looking beautiful. Use a mint leaf for garnish (Paula did this on the episode, but it's not in the recipe. My guests gobbled it up and everyone asked for the recipe!
