I made this sorbet and replaced the strawberries with mango and it was amazing! The consistency is perfect right out of the ice cream maker, and it gets a little too hard after being in the freezer. Overall, a great recipe.

I omitted the corn syrup (simply because I didn't have any and it was absolutely delicious! It may even be too sweet with it.

I fixed this and it was so good ,I have a problem with sugar so I used another kind of sugar (hint starts with letter Sand it turned out just great so for those who can't eat sugar try it.I used equil amounts , of what the recipe calls for .

I made this yesterday. I only made half the recipe since it seemed like so many strawberries. The amount was perfect for my electric ice cream maker. Wow!!!! Today it's all gone!

I used this recipe with raspberries from my yard and replace the lime juice with lemon juice. It's sweet and tart. I think I'd add a little more sugar next time, but the recipe is easy to follow and I'd use it again.

Very very sweet. I would say too much corn syrup went in.

This recipe is quite refreshing and very easy to make. Since the rest of my family are not very open-minded about different sounding and looking foods, they were very skeptical. After I made the sorbet, everyone loved it. I myself thought that it was a tad sweet, you have to watch how sweet your strawberries are, but I still enjoyed it very much.
