The addition of the corn syrup adds just the right amount of sweetness. This took about 15 minutes longer than Sorbet machine manuf directions

I served this at a summertime dinner party and it was quite the hit! It was SO EASY to make too. I served it along with some fresh baked angel food cake and it was the perfect ending to a BBQ dinner party.

Marvelous flavor. Only shortcomng was it froze so solid it is difficult to serve. Taking it out of the freezer 20 minutes before serving time seemed to work.

I just loved this recipe. My 15 year old son loves to cook and found this recipe and decided to make it. He has made it several times using both fresh strawberries and different kinds of frozen fruit. Any way he has tried has been fantastic. I can only have low or no fat foods and this is a great desert that has little to no fat. Thank you Paula, you've done it again!!
