    I prepared and served Paula Deen's fried biscuits on afternoon. After the first pack of biscuits my friends could not get enough.

    Some used the honey butter she also detailed, others used maple syrup and some use both!!!

    THESE WERE SOOO GOOD, YES, THE TRICK IS TO MAKE SURE THAT YOUR GREASE IS VERY VERY HOT AND THEY WILL NOT BE GREASY AT ALL, I SERVED THEM WITH PAULAS HONEY BUTTER, YOU HAVE GOT TO MAKE THESE.

    Love these fried biscuits! Always a hit and so easy. To keep the biscuits from being to greasy, make sure that your oil is ready so that the biscuits don't just "sit" in it and wait for the right temp.

    These were so simple to do. My husband thought I bought them. He was impressed that I made them. They were a big hit.

    I have been making these fried biscuits for years for my kids (as my mom did for us. Little variation we use...cut a hole in the center of each biscuit with a clean lipstick tube lid...fry up the "donuts" and the holes. Roll in sugar after drained. MMM MMM good!!!
