I made this sandwich for myself this morning/afternoon for I guess you might say brunch! However, I forgot the cream cheese and all that so I just omitted, this time. I wasn't sure how I would like the avacado but I totally loved this and I will most definately make this again!

I made this recipe, along with several other items from the Rise and Shine Episode, for Sunday Dinner. Everyone enjoyed it. We have had another request to make it for another Sunday Dinner next week. Thanks, Paula, for sharing your wonderful recipes.

We make these ALOT, I use onion rolls (look like hamburger buns toast them and I use the tubs of creamcheese with chives. You have to watch how you layer them if you put tomato, avocado and egg all together it will be hard to eat (sloppylayer it with bacon and onion between the moist stuff.

We used sourdough bread instead of wheat. Such a tasty sandwich!

Made this sandwich after I got home from a long day at work and wanted something quick yet tasty to eat. I was a bit hesitant about the flavour of the avocado in this dish, but I have to say it was absolutely delicious. I was amazed at how these flavours came together. Even got my mum to try it and she enjoyed it as well. This dish is a hit for me.
