We used sourdough bread instead of wheat. Such a tasty sandwich!

Made this sandwich after I got home from a long day at work and wanted something quick yet tasty to eat. I was a bit hesitant about the flavour of the avocado in this dish, but I have to say it was absolutely delicious. I was amazed at how these flavours came together. Even got my mum to try it and she enjoyed it as well. This dish is a hit for me.

Made this sandwich for lunch today and I have to say, that it is the best sandwich ever! I was a bit leery about the avocado, but absolutely loved it. I've told all my friends about it and will be making this at our next get together. Thanks Paula!!!

Best Sandwich EVER! Made it the same day I saw the show and my husband (and I went crazy over it! I like following directions and recipes precisely. Only thing I did was I used fresh baked Artisan French Bread. I'll be using that cream cheese and green onion spread on everything! YUMMY Sammy!!! Thank you Paula ♥♥♥

i'm sitting here about 6am, just made myself this amazing sandwhich. i left out parsley, due to personal preference. but i have to say, this is a hit. i have cancer, and when i'm on my pain medications and steroids food is all that i can think about to make myself happy. even if i can't eat it, thinking about this dish, and many more just make me just ...feel better. great sandwhich paula(; i also made mine with a thick piece of mountain bread toaast, cut in two, and toasted my bread in the toaster. sitting on my porch now watching the sun rise with my sandwhich, fresh watermelon balls, and jack johnson playing softly over my speakers; i can tell this is gonna be a great day already !<3 i strongly recommend this protein-rich mouthful of heaven.

This was so good! My husband's response was "Woah!" We thought it tasted like a restaurant sandwich. Great flavors together and great textures. My 6 year old put her own sandwich together, which was fun for her. She used all of the ingredients and loved it. My 4 year old put hers together too, but she just did the spread, egg and bacon. :0

AMAZING sandwich. I went a little overboard on the cream cheese so it was a little messy to eat but I knew watching the show I was going to love this. My husband, a very picky sandwich guy, said to give it a 5 as well! I will make this again many times! Paula, you're the best!
