    First of all I have to point out...if you want healthy...stay out of Paula's kitchen...she obviously goes for flavor, not calorie count.

    I haven't tried making the cake yet, but definitely will soon. I don't see anything in the recipe that doesn't sound good. One slice of this cake can't kill me...and if it does...what a way to go.

    When heart disease and diabetes are on the increase, why would someone even consider deep frying a cake? Tell me how to make at least a semi-healthy pumpkin cake.
