I used salt, pepper and garlic powder, just sprinkling the chips lightly with each after taking them out of the deep fryer. They turned out SO GOOD! Mine were sliced a little on the thick side and they took 2.5-4 minutes rather than 1.5-3 to get super crispy. A good trick is to just get them out when they start to turn a little brown. Try these, they rule!

This may sound a little funny...but try sprinkling parmesan cheese on these. The two foods really compliment each other!!! My daycare children think of them as a treat and I get the satifaction of knowing that my children aren't all pumped up on the sugar!!!
