These were so yummy! Just make sure you lightly season them with a SMALL amount of the house seasoning right after they come out of the fryer.

I used salt, pepper and garlic powder, just sprinkling the chips lightly with each after taking them out of the deep fryer. They turned out SO GOOD! Mine were sliced a little on the thick side and they took 2.5-4 minutes rather than 1.5-3 to get super crispy. A good trick is to just get them out when they start to turn a little brown. Try these, they rule!

This may sound a little funny...but try sprinkling parmesan cheese on these. The two foods really compliment each other!!! My daycare children think of them as a treat and I get the satifaction of knowing that my children aren't all pumped up on the sugar!!!

These were not worth the trouble. They were o.k. but I wound up throwing them away. When they are cold they are disgusting. More of Paula's southern cooking I guess.

These chips were awesome and I loved the seasonings! My 12 year old looked disgusted when I told him we were having sweet potatoes. While we were eating I caught him sneaking more and more of the sweet potato chips! Big hit!!!

My daughter and grandchildren recently moved in with me. The 2 youngest are very finicky eaters; for veggies, they will only eat corn, french fries and maybe on a good day carrots. Made these to eat with fried chicken one night and I should have made a lot more than I did. They were more than a hit, even with the little ones! I can't thank you enough.

All of us just loved these chips. Even my picky little eaters in the house.
