    This is a good recipe but I have found that if you bake your sweet potatoe until done then fry it it is much better I promise!!!! They will destroy your good pot of grease they burn easily too but I eat them like this at least 2-3 times a week and my kids love them too they taste nothing like a regular sweet potatoe does

    My husband's grandmother use to make this for him as a child, using white sugar. I have tried it and I couldn't make them fast enough for everyone. I topped each with butter then white sugar. YUM! My young childern love this too. This is one of my favorite sweet potato recipes. I love Paula!

    For a short time while I was young my Grandparents lived with us. My Grandfather didn't cook much but, one day I came home from school and he had fried up these and sprinkled them with brown sugar. It was the best thing I had ever had. 23 years later my sons enjoy this snack.
