    Sorry Paula... this recipe was a flop. The pineapple mixture never congealed leaving a goopy mess. I threw out the pie along with the recipe.

    This cream pie is "by the book", really good. It substitute the lemon with lime to make it a little tart. We both loved it.

    This was easy to make but was disappointed in the taste. Just seemed to need something.
