The dressing was so nice and light with a citrus flavor. I didn't use the oranges or raisins but replaced with fresh sliced strawberries and dried cranberries. I couldn't get over how well the fruit salad went with the green salad and an oil/sugar/citrus based dressing.

This was such a nice, light salad. I added mangos, used dried cranberries instead of raisins and added strawberries instead of the bananas. The dressing was wonderful! I would have my orange juice be closer to room temperature before mixing with honey since the juice chilled the honey and had to warm before it mixed properly. This salad would go wonderfully with a grilled white fish, almost as a chunky fruit salsa!
