    OMG

This was wonderful. I made it for our family Christmas party and my mother in law was eating the dip in spoonfuls and not... eating any fruit. When making this, add very little pineapple juice for the consistancy, it will get runny. Also, don't forget the lemon zest. It gives it that zip. My son said it takes like key lime pie. Hmm great idea to put in graham cracker crust but using limes, lime juice and limes zest.Read more

Delicious for both adults and kids

This is wonderful, though pretty loaded with calories due to the whipping cream and cream cheese. I made it Paula's way the... first time and it was delicious. Then I used lowfat (or fat-free) Cool Whip and half low-fat cream cheese and half fat-free cream cheese (Philly) and I couldn't believe it but it tasted the same! There was not any loss in flavor yet a huge loss in fat and calories. This is a winner every time. Be sure to add the pineapple juice. It really does make a difference, adding just the right bit of sweetness to the lemon's tartness.Read more
