This one was a good idea for a potluck. I brought this when everyone else was bringing cakes and pies. It went over really well because it was light and refreshing. Next time I make the dip I will not add that much lemon, it was almost too overbearing.

I served this fruit dip for a brunch party and it got rave reviews across the board. People were even slathering it on their french toast because it was so good and they couldn't get enough.

I will definitely make this again. It's a nice creamy dip for the fruit that is sweet but not overpowering.

You gotta love the simplicity of this recipe, but when your down with the platter it just looks elegant!

I made this fruit tray for a party we had at work. I even served the dip in a hollowed out pineapple half. It was beautiful and everyone loved it. There are only about 10 of us in the office, so I figured I'd have to lug a ton a fruit back home, but it was all gone! Everyone couldn't believe how much "trouble" I had gone to. They said I had really outdone myself.

I 4 times the recipe and used it for a small Art Gallery Opening. Got a lot of of positive feed back. I also gave it a extra kick by using pineapple juice I mixed up from the left over pineapple for the fruit tray. Yeah

This recipe is so yummy! I've made this for several occasions including baby showers and brunches. Beware, it is addictive!
