the dip is delicious. I happen to have a can of small pineapple chunks that I put on my cottage cheese and I keep it in my fridge, so I had the pineapple juice needed for this recipe. It is fabulous. I used cool whip too instead of whipping cream.

Love this dip, its great with everything. Like the others I use cool whip instead of whipcream. Also added a small carton of flavored yogurt like strawberry, pina colda or lemon. Strawberry is great spooned on french toast or waffles.

Hosted a ladies only luncheon, was running short on time with the other fondues I made so I just whipped softened cream cheese, confection sugar blended well added cream little milk and teaspoon vanilla. Quick and was a great shortcut. They all loved it.

Awesome!!! I took this to my book club and it was a huge hit. It was light tasting and delicious. I was asked for the recipe several times. I like it because it doesn't taste too sweet and doesn't mask the natural goodness of the fruit. This will become a recipe that will be added to my FAVORITES list.

I seriously love just about everything this woman makes and this dip is no exception. Creamy and delicious and to die for with strawberries. However, as with most of Paula's recipes I feel that there is just a bit too much sugar added (but really, I'm weird like that. I generally cut it down by 1/2 but on this dip I would say just 1/4 less of sugar in all areas and it is PERFECTO. Thanks Paula! You always come through with something fabulous.

I made the dip for a baby shower with strawberries, pineapple, honeydew and cantelop on little skewers. Everyone loved it and asked for the recipe. I did cheat a bit and used cool whip in place of the whipped cream and sugar. Also, I did not use any pineapple juice in the dip because I thought the texture was good (I had a pretty juicy lemon.

EASY TO MAKE. EASY TO EAT
Took this to a pool party on Labor Day and everyone loved it. I made a couple minor changes.
    1. apples, pineapple, and strawberries on skewers and added bunches of grapes to the platter (next time I will put the grapes on the skewers as well
    2. used all pineapple juice instead of lemon zest and lemon

The skewers made it so easy for everyone to just grab, dip, and go. I took another reviewers advice and soaked the apples in the pineapple juice before putting them on the skewers. I left the fruit out for about an hour before the party and had no brown apples!

    THANKS PAULA!
