I made this fruit dip alongside a fruit tray for a bridal shower and everyone loved it! It was so light and just sweet enough to satisfy a sweet tooth. Only thing is this recipe makes A LOT!!

This recipe is so incredibly easy, and yet so delicious. My husband and I live in an apartment and my neighbors and us have cookouts all the time, and my neighbors demand me to bring everytime. Now I don't use all the fruit Paula uses, if I did too much would spoil since there are only 5 of us. I use watermelon, cantaloupe, red seedless grapes, and then I normally through some pineapple chunks in there. The dip is OUT OF THIS WORLD. I could eat the dip by itself.

I was looking for a special fruit dip to accompany a fruit tray for my holiday party and this was the best I've tasted! Easy to make and scrumptious! It keeps a day or so in the frig but then starts to go flat - eat it up!

There was a bit too much lemon in this recipe for me, but my mom made it once with no lemon, and we LOVED it that way.

I was able to use everything I had on hand. I did not feel the need to add the pineapple juice. I like my dips more on the thicker side. Jane fr Green

Excellent, just excellent!! This definitely is a keeper recipe. I used cool whip instead of whipping cream and sugar.
