My husbands favorite wings! He wanted me to make this for his going away potluck party for everyone to try.

Really good tasta and great alternative to BBQ or Hot wings...ease back on the amount of sauce if you want, or add more wings!

Made these after watching Paula and Kathy make them. The jelly was easy to find - I had a choice of green peppers or red peppers and jalapeno. I fried my wings just like Paula suggested...a good 15 mins - then into the butter and jelly bath! Wow!! Really good!! Especially if you love a rich butter flavor. There is a lot of extra sauce - even with 1 1/2 pounds of chicken wings - make some rice or biscuits to soak it up!! Yummy!!
